Over the past few months the LEGO retail team, in conjunction with an outside agency, has hosted in-depth one-on-one interviews and group interviews with members of recognized communities. Now the team responsible for this survey has one last survey that is open to everyone in US, UK, Germany, and China to participate in. You are welcome to fill out this survey yourself as well as share it with friends and family. The first part of the survey is more generic about your shopping preferences, and the second part is specifically about physical LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop, and your preferences of what you feel would make them better. The survey is quite long and detailed with multiple choice questions, so expect to spend around 15-20 minutes to fill it out. Here are the links:
